I began my career in Real Estate in 1974, when I left my job at Lockheed and moved my family to South Lake Tahoe, CA. Under the watchful eye of my father, a successful Real Estate Broker and entrepreneur, I earned my Broker License in 1978, to specialize in Real Estate Investments and Exchange.

In 1982, I returned to Fremont to focus on residential home Sales. After operating my own brokerage for many years, I joined The Property Professionals in 1997. After almost 20 Years of service in Fremont, I discovered Tracy while home shopping for a client. We ordered our home in Lourence Ranch after camping for 10 days in a parking lot in July '02. Today, I work only by referral, and specialize in the Lourence Ranch Community.
